- • Non-payment of fees
- • Extended periods of inactivity
- • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
- • All fees are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated
- • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- • You authorise us to charge your payment method automatically
- • Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law
- • You may cancel your subscription at any time
- • Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- • No partial refunds for unused time
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance and will apply from your next billing cycle.

You retain all rights to the Content you upload to the Service. By uploading Content, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all Content you upload and that such Content does not violate the rights of any third party.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
IN NO EVENT SHALL DYNAMIK APP LTD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred pounds sterling (£100).
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

- • Errors in data you input into the Service
- • Third-party actions, including hacking or data breaches beyond our control
- • Your reliance on any calculations, reports, or features of the Service
- • Interruptions or errors in third-party services (HMRC, banks, etc.)
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DYNAMIK APP LTD and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
- • Your use of the Service
- • Your violation of these Terms
- • Your violation of any rights of a third party
- • Any Content you upload, submit, or transmit through the Service
The Service is not a substitute for professional advice. dynamik.app provides tools for business management, bookkeeping, and tax preparation, but we are not accountants, tax advisors, or financial consultants.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into the Service and for ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified accountant or tax professional for advice specific to your situation.
Any VAT returns, tax submissions, or financial reports generated by the Service are based solely on the data you provide. We do not verify the accuracy or completeness of your data and accept no liability for errors in submissions made using the Service.
